Blasting without risk even in explosive areas!
Since July 1, 2003, the ATEX directive replaces all national standards and regulates the equipment of the necessary explosion protection, taking into account the special requirements for the respective application areas. Because of this, our employees have participated in an intensive training on the EC Explosion Protection Directive 94/9/G.
ATEX: Not all explosion protection is the same!
More and more oil, gas, and chemical plants are prescribing our torbo ATEX versions for sandblasting in the explosion-protected areas.
Even "on voyage repair," i.e. maintenance on board oil and LNG tankers while on a drive is no problem for the torbo. The devices can be connected directly to existing ring lines. This saves on additional costs.
